Raspberry + Reishi Hot Chocolate
Feeling tired, but wired?
Instead of reaching for that second (or third) coffee, try one of these instead!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp of freeze-dried raspberries (+ a little extra for sprinkling on top)
1-2ml Bright Valley Mushrooms Reishi Extract
1-2 squares of dark choc (optional)
Milk of choice (I used coconut)
A touch of sweetener (I used maple syrup)
Method:
Crush raspberries into a powder using a mortar + pestle, or the back of a spoon, & place in the bottom of your glass.
Add cacao powder & dark chocolate, then fill glass 1/3 full with hot water.
Steam milk & add to glass.
Add 1-2ml of @brightvalleymushroom extract & stir through.
Sprinkle a little extra raspberry over the top, & enjoy!
